Darfur has been dear to my heart since I got involved with the genocide prevention network in DC 15 years ago. A portrait I took of a survivor hangs on my wall. And I know the plight of Sudan. Just think, this is where Trump and Netanyahu have proposed sending migrants and Palestinians. They want to send them to die. It’s no different than sending Jews to camps outside of Germany.

‘RSF advisers have said they believed the truce would be used to facilitate the delivery of food and ammunition to the army’s “besieged militias” inside el-Fasher.’

The reasoning of the blockade is to kill their enemies and they could not care less who else dies along?

I do not understand the fight for power in such conditions. I don’t get how we allow ourselves to come to this level of pain pf others.
