As I said in another comment there is politics at EU level and my argument is not against making waves, it’s about taking the conservation to where it hurts more for the politicians that don’t act. Making waves is very much a viable option since it’s been a recent staple of some politicians.

I think calling it fear mongering against EVs is right in the sense that it’s not exclusive to EVs. All cars have cameras, microphones and sensors these days and are connected, so legislation should deal with that properly.

I find Gemini has better communication and comprehension ability compared with assistant, but can do even less when it comes to controlling the phone. No reminders, no calendar events, no messages, no integration with anything. Just talking.

I would have preferred assistant talk and understand better, instead of a completly gimped alternative that does that and nothing more.
