This is how I run my OPNsense router. Snapshots are great and rebooting is SO much faster!

I’m not going to remove this post because the article does boast the virtues of self-hosted FOSS. Still, the article isn’t much more than an overview and does very little to educate or instruct. This is relatively low-effort and I hope the votes reflect that.
This is better-suited for a privacy- or fediverse-oriented community. I applaud the content, but it doesn’t really speak to self-hosting in any meaningful way.

3·8 months agoFor those that didn’t read the article, he was asked about his previous statements that he wanted to run for a third term. His response was meant to convey he was “trolling the fake news media.”
“I’ll be an eight-year president, I’ll be a two-term president. I always thought that was very important,” Trump told NBC’s Meet the Press with Kristen Welker in an interview that aired on Sunday.
Whether you believe those to be his intentions or not, it seems kind of important to understand he was responding to a question about earlier statements.
Ok, but you came seeking us. Please do us the kindness of answering the question while also pointing us towards the FAQs.
Majority of the code is python and vue? And, what problem is this trying to solve? What does it do that other solutions don’t? I read through the repo docs and it’s just not clear. WTF does it mean “I don’t lose control” over storage on cloud storage?! If it’s on the cloud, you are not in control. May the downvotes rain down on this.
