Probably not. People were probably barely bathing when this occurred and just having protection on your feet was probably huge.

I will never forgive Fitbit. I had one of their watches some years back that shit the bed about 1 week after the warranty was up. Their customer service suggested I just buy a new watch.

And that I did but it certainly wasn’t a Fitbit.
