Is it really that common? I’ve seen people say that a few times but I actually expected more. Like, one or several comments saying it in every comment thread about anyone showing disagreement with everything going on. But it’s been a rare show of intelligence and basic comprehension among all the places it easily could have been said.

No comments about the “accept all or reject all and subscribe” really says something about no one ever reading the article. And just to be clear, I’m in full agreement of how fucked this is. It just really stuck out to me. And I highly doubt everyone who commented used some extention, script or service to get past that, I feel pretty confident that almost none did. If most did at least one would have posted a link so everyone else could get the full article.

The major obstacle for me is recommend videos as I almost exclusively use that and youtube knows what to show me (good factual science channels, nothing with AI used at all, gaming and tech news, essays and documentaries etc.) and no other app than the official youtube one does that as far as I’m aware. (I use ReVanced though). I’ve really tried to jump over to newpipe and grayjay but I miss so much and never discover any new channels through them.

I live in a small apartment, and when standing in the middle of the kitchen you can see almost all of if. So when I have new people over I like to ask if they want a tour then point to that spot and tell them to go there, then I say “ok, look around, that’s everything! Nice, huh?” There are generally only two different reactions: “Haha! Yeah, it is nice!” or “Oh, come on, it’s not that bad!”. I never say it in a way that makes it sound like I think it’s bad or too small, but people who have the second reaction generally like bigger and “more”.

It’s the perfect size for me, wouldn’t choose a bigger one even for the same price.

I and, from what I’ve seen discussed here and elsewhere online, many other people have stopped watching the channel because of many valid reasons completely unrelated to AI. I haven’t watched a single one of their videos for years, something changed in their content and I just lost interest. Then there have been several controversial events throughout the years, both objective bad stuff and subjective things that made many loose interest and faith in their integrity. They definitely became one of the many channels that lost it’s way because of how big it got. The animations became too “perfect” in a weird way, they lost their personality and they also got scared of having real opinions so they started doing this “all sides” shit and that’s when I tapped out. I’ve tried to watch new videos from them about once every 6 months or so, but I can’t even make it past a minute without completely loosing interest.

I couldn’t give less of a fuck if anyone’s a traitor to their own country in that way. The tax evasion is bad because of ethics, not because he “betrayed his country”. It didn’t have any effect on his lifestyle but he chose to do it anyway, it’s all about him being a greedy fuck and not about Nationalism.

Sweden really isn’t “infected by far-right populism”. I’m not saying it hasn’t gone more to the right and there aren’t issues but it’s far from what you said. Comparing Hungary to Sweden is like comparing a rabid wolf to a poodle.

This brought back a memory: two kids put laxatives in the school food at my school in 2004, same day that halo 2 was released and I had pre-booked it so I skipped lunch that day to go get it. A few students and I think two teachers who were the first to get to the cafeteria had already gotten toiled bound by the time I got back. And I think only three kids actually shat themselves. They cancelled school for the rest of the day and I was one of the few students in my age group who hadn’t eaten there so I just went home and had such a good time playing the game and laughing my ass off about the whole situation.

I don’t make posts about football because I know that I have less than basic knowledge about it (and also don’t wish to have more) for example, the same goes for you here.
