Sadly, ever since “too big to fail”, any large corporation is now nearly indistinguishable from the federal government. Just another example of socialism for the rich, capitalism for the rest of us.

Vertical integration that leads to self dealing like this should be considered anti competitive and illegal.

Unfortunately in US healthcare it’s the norm.

That was several years ago, so surely the water isn’t that hot. Have they tried bringing it to a rolling boil yet?
