Do you have a good source for that claim?

Do you have a good source for that claim?

I know, they should have access to something safer than fentanyl, especially since the way it’s taken it only lasts very briefly and is very addictive.

I think I saw or heard something by Hamilton Morris about China being where most of the fentanyl is made. China has some amazing drug manufacturing facilities and they usually make stuff that people need. But the chemists there are really smart and can make lots of different chemicals.
If the drugs aren’t coming from China where do you think they’re coming from? My source is admittedly weak, that’s why I was asking to be corrected.
Also how do you prevent drugs from entering a country? Wouldn’t reducing the demands for drugs be a more permanent solution?

So, can some folks here correct my ignorance. I was under the impression that most of the fentanyl entering the US is being manufactured in China. It doesn’t sound crazy to me that this is some sort of conspiracy to weaken the American public.
I’m not sure why we can’t just decriminalize drugs so folks and do heroin in peace. Or maybe fix some of the problems that are causing people to do drugs.

I literally cannot read it another way

On the other hand sometimes I get people telling me to re read their arguments because I don’t understand them. Like maybe they just suck at presenting their argument? Maybe they could re-state it so it was easier to understand? Maybe I do get it and their argument sucks? No clearly what they wrote is gold and you would understand if your reading comprehension was better.

So, what were you reading in the sixth grade? My memory isn’t that good, but I think I was past reading Captain underpants, maybe I was up to reading Percy Jackson (sorry got a bad case of CRS). I definitely gave Harry Potter a pass through, didn’t like the main character.
Anyway, I feel like in 6th grade I was good at reading the text of a book, but not much beyond that. Symbols, themes, subtext — those are hard for a 6th grader.

Oh no! Wait I don’t watch shows anyway.
Yeah, I find it can be useful in some stages of writing or researching. But by the time I’ve got a finished product there’s really no AI left in there.
I’m not sure how people can use AI to code, granted I’m just trying to get back into coding. Most of the times I’ve asked it for code it’s either been confusing or wrong. If I go through the trouble to write out docstrings, and then fix what the AI has written it becomes more doable. But don’t you hate the feeling of not understanding what you’ve written does or more importantly why it’s been done that way?
AI is only useful if you don’t care about what the output is. It’s only good at making content, not art.

Oh shit! The nuralink thing with the hundred of dead monkeys is totally kreiger shit!

I didn’t know that community existed! Not sure what to post there yet but I’ll join

Who the fuck is supposed to drive the trucks then? I live in (upstate) New York and it seems like even up there a significant population of Mexican truck drivers.

I feel like creator content isn’t about quality, but form. People watch the same TV shows from decades ago because they are familiar. Creator content is kinda like that, it’s cozy. It’s something you can just put on and zone out to. It’s interesting and entertaining, but it’s not very intense. Its usually people sharing their passions, so it feels very human and relatable too.
But also there’s probably something to be said about how much it cost to get started on YouTube vs how much it cost to produce a TV show or movie.

What is the stance of the department of agriculture on the bird flu?

I don’t really have a problem with this. I paid for a lifetime quite a long time ago. Right now I only use Plex for plexamp and everything else is on jellyfin.
Is finamp at a point that it can replace plexamp yet?
That fentanyl is primarily coming from the Middle East.
