4 months agoMy guess is that it’s because people are using apps to get around Google’s revenue generating mechanisms, like apps to get YouTube without ads.

Ya it was military equipment that was not secured appropriately.
The FCC doesn’t license network afaik, they license stations (eg nexstar) which pressured the network.
