The UK is the testing grounds. After they figure it out, they’ll be rolling it out everywhere else.
Some dirtbag that shouldn’t have bred.

Which sucks because I did use to think that “Made in the USA” meant better quality.

That’s true, but we could subsidize the cost of labor too. People make a living wage, but the company pays less than that because government covers the difference.

Maybe the USA should heavily invest in the industry of the USA, just like China does, in order to keep up? No, then USian companies would have oversight & have to meet expectations, and we all know that they wouldn’t want that.

Thank you for making laugh in the middle of my life loathing rant 😂

They’re trying to get brown people out of the military, because white people will be willing to attack brown civilians at home, cause all white people are racists according to them.

They do need to keep inventing new bullshit terminology, don’t they?

Ima be honest & say I didn’t read the whole thing.
By ignore I meant to ignore their bullshit. It feels to me like too many people are drinking the koolaid & paying attention to their misdirections.
We need to ignore their bullshit, and just act in response to their “clandestine” actions. Like, I’m sure the Trump vs Musk fight from like a week ago was a misdirection, and it got too much traction.
That traction tells them that it’s effective to do that bullshit. We need to teach them otherwise.

Absolutely agree. Just saying that they get fired up by it, instead of (edit: no idea how it became “or” because I meant instead of) discouraged.
It might be smarter for us to use different methods.
The biggest offense to them is to be ignored. At least that’s what I’ve noticed.

I honestly think those people think that dissent is a sign that they are doing what’s right. That’s why they invented the term “social justice warrior,” when in most places that’s just how society works: by holding people accountable.

The ones that created the government had to actually fight for their freedom. People became complacent afterwards, and seem to think that freedom is a given.
It reminds me of some quote “freedom isn’t owned, it’s rented, and rent is due everyday.”

Well radio was originally mostly about advertising, and when TV came around it was just gonna be radio but with moving pictures! So yeah, it was about spreading more advertisements around to more people.

“…when mice were given what people supposed would be a mice utopia”
But it also works as a comparison to our real world, where the ability to expand is restricted.

It would be clearer if you capitalized Questionable Content. I read it a few times before I understood what you meant.
Naaaahhhh, I was a daily reader of Questionable Content like a decade ago (got married had a kid & forgot about QC), and I don’t at all agree that marrying a sentient robot in QC is like marrying an elf in a fantasy setting. Elves are people, just not human people, in those settings; both are organic & come with that dirty nasty that is reproduction. I fully recognize we can fall in love for personality or mind (which a sufficiently advanced AI could host), but biological love is different.
We need cars without wireless connectivity again.
If you wanna hack my car, you should have to find the hidden port 🤣

It’s an experiment that was conducted to see what would happen when mice were given what people supposed would be a mice utopia. Things did not go well.
Here’s some videos, pick your poison lol

Proof that a degrees don’t determine intelligence.
At least I’d have my own hut or cave!

As a civilization, we need to accept that we can no longer continue to depend on Microsoft Windows to use our computers. Hopefully the transition will go through without Microsoft having the opportunity to try to save themselves.
Yeah, I don’t think it is, but it’s the end result that concerns me.
