The main problem for me, is that to get a residence in Sweden, you should legally work in the country. For example, if my family move to Sweden because of my work, me and children will have a residence but my wife can have only temporary residence until she finds a job. And finding a job in a country for a migrant without work experience and without education sounds impossible.

In most of other EU countries there is no such a rule and my wife can have permit without legal job in the country but only because of my job.

For me it is an absolute blocker.

If I already use Pandas for processing my data in-memory, CoW can significantly improve the performance. That was my point.

If you are doing data processing in pandas CoW allows to avoid of a lot of redundant computations on intermediate steps. Before CoW any data processing in Pandas required manual and careful working with code to avoid the case described in the blog post.
