If they tell you how they did it, you can just do the same thing to the file and see for yourself.

DVD stands for digital versatile disc.

The bad prices are what keep me away. Though, I can’t say I’ve looked at stuff sold by third parties. Why would I do that when Amazon, ebay, and Craigslist exist?

Yea, but only open box or refurb. Not new.
Just when I started considering that maybe it’s time to look at new parts, a new hurdle candy into view. My computer might graduate from elementary school before I can get a decent price on parts. Or maybe they’re will never be decent prices on parts again.

It says you’ll only be able to download stuff from their store.
EDIT: I should have specified that I was talking about the new fire stick. Not whatever they plan to do with existing ones.

I don’t stream anything illegal but I have had to sideload a couple of things that weren’t available to download for whatever reason. I’m not going to give up that ability.
It’s one thing if it was never available because they didn’t want to put in the work. I’m talking very generically here, not about Android or the Fire Stick in particular. Like, no one is really going to be upset that something like an MP3 player or a DVD player can’t run whatever software you want. But if your company is intentionally removing such functionality, you can fuck right off. Greed is the only reason to do it.

I’m not sure what you even want then. If an email can’t be delivered you should get a kickback notifications saying it can’t be delivered. Though, that may depend on the email service.
Ans if you’re effectively looking for a read-receipt, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t want to be notified of it. I don’t want to have to manually check anything to see if there is new information to look at. An email may be overkill, but 🤷.

Emails don’t need to work like text messages. Why are reactions even a thing for them?

It uses 1% of the energy but is still 1000x faster than our current fastest cards? Yea, I’m calling bullshit. It’s either a one off, bullshit, or the next industrial revolution.
EDIT: Also, why do articles insist on using ##x less? You can just say it uses 1% of the energy. It’s so much easier to understand.

Uhh, isn’t this just turning them into dumb thermostats? It says you can’t control it via phone. Not that it stops working altogether.

That’s interesting. I don’t really understand it too well from the compute side of things though. Sounds like that’s at the whim of whoever has their heat running. And what happens if they want to turn the heat off before the job is done?

$1.5t is the market cap which is simply stock price x # of shares. It has no direct correlation to the assets of the company or the amount of profit it makes. People misunderstand market cap and what it means all the time.

I can’t speak to Korean law, but this seems like a real stupid take. Actors are different from their characters. You can’t damage a character because they aren’t real.
If point 14 does not say that Russian occupied land is Russian territory then Russia has 0% chance of agreeing to this. Russia will never end the war without land ownership, or just our outright losing.
