It’s getting really bad. Someone made a video on Tiktok where they were following an AI recipe for canning chicken and they didn’t use a pressure cooker. There was like a deluge of comments about how “no, salty water actually won’t keep uncooked chicken stable” before she took it down. I don’t think she even heated the brine.

I mean you could make a for the good of society arguments like we do for helmet and seat belt laws. But then you would have to grapple with alcohol which is way more destructive to society than practically all the other drugs combined.
